I don’t work out. Ever. The last time I stepped foot in a gym was well over six months ago, and the last time I decided to go for a run outside, I made it two blocks before turning around because it was too hot. Thanks to good genes and a shit ton of salads, I’ve maintained an average body. I’m not fat, but I’m a little soft in some places. I’m not happy with the body I have, but I don’t really care enough to change it.
Australian personal trainer Sophie Guidolin already had a bangin’ body, but when she found out she was expecting twins, she didn’t use it as an excuse to eat anything and everything in sight. Seriously? Being able to eat whatever you want is the only reason I want to be pregnant. No one can call you fat, because you’re eating for two. Or three, in Guidolin’s case. What a wasted opportunity.
This fit mommy is so dedicated to #fitness that she refuses to let the two tiny aliens growing in her belly stop her from continuing her workout regime. She still works out three times a week, and we’re not talking about just a couple miles on the treadmill. She practices weightlifting under the careful supervision of her husband, who is also a personal trainer, but only lifts half of what she is normally capable of.
