Lazy Girls Rejoice: Easy Makeup (Finally) Exists

The average makeup routine can last anywhere from five to 60 minutes, involving many palettes, shades, products, and a small army of makeup brushes. But ladies, put down your overpriced and glorified paintbrushes that you’ve been using and listen up.

Milk Makeup has officially been launched, and it’s the day that we have all been waiting for. The line, created by Mazdack Rassi and Zanna Roberts Rassi, is full of vibrant yet simplistic makeup formulas that require literally no work to apply. Gone are the days of contour brushes, lip brushes, eyeliner brushes (who the hell needs that?), and even sketchy stained sponges. All of Milk’s products come ready to apply from the bottle, meaning you literally smear them on your face and walk out the door.

Now, before you have awful flashbacks to your 8th grade dance and unblended bronzer, hear me out. The eyeliner has a built-in fine tip, and the lip marker has a precise point similar to that of your childhood markers. And to make it 100 percent fool-proof, the brand has done away with foundation altogether. That’s right, you don’t have to worry about looking slightly jaundiced or ghostly pale because you picked the wrong shade.

Basically, this line takes the artistry of runway makeup and boils it down to the point where literally a toddler could craft the perfect smoky eye or bold lip. And with the combination of saving money on brushes and a price range of $10 to $34, you can purchase the entire line and still avoid going into debt. Win, win.

The products, which are available online as of right now, are nearly indestructible, meaning you don’t have to worry about crushing your eyeliner under your laptop, planner, phone, next meal, and whatever else you happen to have in your bag. And better yet, Fashionista reports that the hemp blotting papers also make great rolling papers. Because nothing goes together quite like oily faces and hotboxing your car.
